David Hickey

On October 18, 2007, David Hickey performed at the Snowbirds Chalet in Bragg Creek. His "Crystal Light" show was a unique blend of music, spiritualism and Yoga. He taps and strokes quartz crystal bowls of various sizes (6 to 22 inches) and stikes huge brass gongs to produce vibrating tones that are musical notes stretched and transformed into a harmonious acoustical experience.

His current CD is dedicated to bring awareness to the environment. While he was here he went with Paola and Amarin (a local Yoga teacher) to McLean Creek in Kananaskis to visit the clear-cuts. His intention is to create healing and restore balance to our precious eco-system.
